Travel Brands is the brand holding company for our family of travel brands. The business currently holds four brands at
different stages of development and growth and leverages the pooled experience of the team to enjoy continued and sustained growth.
Ultimate Diving was founded in 2008. The brand has enjoyed excellent growth and recognition, becoming one
of the leading diving holiday tour operators in the industry. This has created a unique opportunity for
future organic and acquisitive growth for the business.
The business has always focused on scuba diving, but now we are growing the business outside of this niche. We are taking our skills,
knowledge, process, and proprietary booking technology to other companies that we plan to acquire. We seek brands that best fit our
business model and can achieve growth through synergies in our specialist areas while allowing incumbent teams to focus on improving
the value chain for clients, delivering increased repeat and new business for the brand.
Further building on the success of Ultimate Diving, Travel Brands was created through the acquisition of Oonasdivers.
Shortly thereafter, liveaboard-world.com was created to establish itself as a market leader for booking scuba diving liveaboards,
followed by the newest brand in the family, egyptholidays.co.uk. The combined expertise of the team and the brands,
coupled with the diverse markets that they seek to fill, position Travel Brands for further growth across the existing brands
and the strategic addition of new brands through focussed acquisitions.
